About Me
After leaving Central, I got a degree in psychology and education from
Mount Holyoke College. My first job was as an associate in an admissions
office at a private all-girls highschool in Greenfield, MA. I worked
and lived in the dorm there for three years (free rent!). I met
my husband in 1999 and we got married in 2002. Also in 2002, I left
admissions work to be a second grade teacher at another private
school in Deerfield, MA. My husband and I lived in the dorm there
as well (more free rent!), and after a year I switched to teach
kindergarten. After two years in the dorms there, we decided we
needed to get out on our own and bought our house in Greenfield.
Our first child, Maren, followed soon after in March of this year.
I am now home with her full-time and am definitely busier than I
have ever been.
