About Me
Born in Ohio at the height of the Carter administration, I moved to my
adopted home state of New Hampshire in 1986 and, despite knowing
better, continue to reside here. I began drawing "File Trek",
a Star Trek spoof pitting Hillside's industrial arts teachers against
each other in an intergalactic death-struggle, in junior high. Since
then, the comic has evolved into the quasi-notorious saga of students
doing anything they can to fend off boredom at Manchester's fictional
College University. (I've been desperately seeking a new, more appropriate
title for the series for the last 15 years...)
I also draw the arch-liberal weekly strip "Leave, Freeze, or Die" for
the Union-Leader Corp, if for nothing else but sheer irony.
When not testing the limits of libel, I enjoy cheating at vintage arcade
games, photography, genealogical research, obsessively cleaning, and
sowing seeds of political discontent.
I serve as a shining example that the Boston College communications program
can indeed find one employment, despite what you may have heard. I now
reside in Goffstown with my wife Jennifer and son Ethan. We wear lots
of black and freak people out.
